Service Status Meanings

  • Pending: Your order has been placed but the invoice has not yet been paid. Services are activated automatically upon payment.
  • Active: Your service is fully functional and paid for.
  • Suspended: Your service has been temporarily disabled, usually due to an overdue payment. Paying the associated invoice will automatically reactivate it.
  • Cancelled: The service has been terminated.
