How to Open a Support Ticket

Creating a Ticket

  1. Log in to your Client Area.
  2. Click on Support Tickets in the left navigation menu.
  3. Click the Open New Ticket button.
  4. Select a department, enter a descriptive subject, and provide as much detail as possible in the message body.
  5. Click Submit Ticket.

Our staff will review your ticket and respond as soon as possible. You can track the status of your open tickets directly from the Support Tickets page.
